Marketing & Advertising a "Green" Home

Have any of you advertised on http://www.greenhomesforsale.com/ ? I found out about the website in a brief clip on NBC news tonight about green weddings and how green weddings are popular now and then people shop for a green home.

We have a beautiful home listed in Superior, Montana that is a "Green" construction and would like to get additional exposure to attract people interested in this kind of home. We placed an ad on greenhomesforsale.com for 90 days.

We're trying all of the traditional marketing tactics but want to expand our efforts. Do any of you have other suggestions for additional places for advertising this type of property? Thanks a lot, I'll let you know what kind of response we get from the listing on the above site.

The link to our ad on the site is:

Have you tried www.listedgreen.com ?  It's also a good site.  Let us know how it works out.  We would love to hear about the home also.

Are you sure the NBC news clip didn't mention Listed Green in the wedding segment.?????? A lot of people told me they saw the "Listed Green" Logo in the story and Listed Green's stats spiked on that very day as well.  Just curious.

Listed Green has now gone over the "hundred listing" mark and is proud of the response. We've gotten some great feedback, with folks noticing more "traffic" to their listing that have recently sold. Some very serious buyers are definately looking on our site, and we will continue to grow quickly.

Listed Green is the only site that is NOT automated. Each listing is personally reviewed and produced. No green washing . The site is also 100% hosted by Solar Power, an exclusive feature as well.

No contacts required. Buyers do NOT need to "register" to view the listing or contact the seller/agent.

Listed Green has a goal to elevate the true value of all energy efficient homes and developments everywhere. We are dedicated to exclusively advertising only green, energy efficient and sustainable living environments.
