He is a good neighbor but he looks in my office window when he hears me working, he whinnies when I'm on the phone, and he's pushed our fence over more than once trying to come in our yard. He is actually fun to have around, and we don't have to buy the hay!

Hi Concho - If you come up to Canada, you can be a nosy neighbour (that's neighbor with a "U" to Canadianize the spelling).
